Return Policy

All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure that our customers receive their items in excellent condition.

If for some reason your merchandise arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of the item in order to receive authorization from us and return the item to us.

We will replace the damaged merchandise with the same style, same size and same color if still available. If the item is not available you can exchange it for another style or you will receive a store credit. No refunds; only exchange or store credit.

All merchandise must be sent to us in its original condition and packaging, not used and with all tags attached.

Store Credits

Store Credit will be issued in your name for the dollar amount of the items you sent back. You may redeem your store credit within one year from the date of your purchase.

Cancelled Orders

An order may be cancelled as long as the order has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-370-1002 as soon as possible. Cancelled orders may incur a restocking fee.

Shipping

Free shipping is available to addresses within the contiguous United States. These orders will be shipped via ground, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 days.

Express shipping & handling may be available upon request. Ask our Customer Service department 1-888-370-1002 for available options and shipping times. Express shipping & handling rates are based on the actual weight of the order, so we will not know the exact charges until your order is prepared for shipment. Charges for express shipping & handling will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.

International shipping for packages less than 10 lbs will be calculated automatically online. If your order is over 10 lbs, you will be contacted with the cost of shipping by email. If you approve the shipping cost, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your approval. You will see a separate charge on your credit card statement for shipping charges. If you do not approve the shipping, you may ask your order to be canceled and your payment will be refunded.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) charges. The duties and taxes usually must be paid before the packages are released from customs.

Upto34.com is not responsible for and does not collect VAT, taxes or duties. Upto34.com cannot offer you advice on importing fees. Recipient is 100% responsible for all VAT, taxes and/or duty charges. Upto34.com advises you to contact your local customs office about importing fees pertaining to your country.

To avoid fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel any order with a false or wrong email address and/or telephone number. We reserve the right to require signature upon delivery and/or deny a customer’s request for the release of the parcel without a signature.

If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect shipping address due to customer error, the customer can either cancel the order or opt to have us re-send the order to the corrected address at the customer’s expense.

State Taxes

Domestic: CA residents are responsible to pay the current state sales tax on fabrics and accessories. If you are a CA business and have a resale number on file you will not need to pay sales tax.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. The "BILL TO" address on the order form must be the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. Upto34.com reserves the right to refuse orders in which the address or credit card cannot be verified.
